[dock-app] a mini volume-manager

dockapps.org上发现的，
使用 hal 来管理移动设备，和 gnome-volume-manager 功能有相似之处。
有兴趣的兄弟可以一试。（还是alpha的）
另外，程序是用C写的，很短。
大家可以看看源码是否有独特和改进之处。

原版介绍:
wmVolMan is a small volume manager for Window Maker. For now it only displays and allows mounting and unmounting hotpluggable devices and removable media that are added to or removed from the system. It uses D-BUS and HAL to listen for new devices.

This is ALPHA software - it should work, but it contains bugs. Report bugs to raorn at altlinux dot ru.

测试结果：
1 插入光盘，能自动识别显示，并且可以点击挂载和卸载
2 插入usb盘，能识别显示，但不能挂载
