vmware怎么回事？每次重启linux后就不能用了！

刚装了vmware,速度挺快，感觉比qemu快多了，但是有个毛病，每次重启linux后都不能用，
重新配置还不行，非要重启linux后才能配置，搞不懂了，大家帮忙看看，下面是运行的一些信息
系统是ubuntu
