some questions about suse 9.3/9.2

Now I am using SuSE 9.2 with English. I don't know how can I input Chinese on it.
And I want to know where can I download the SuSE 9.3 DVD ISO? thanks.
I want to install scim and skim on it. I think the rpm files is better.

I can read Chinese on the machine.
Could you help me?

Only one thing you need to do is add a line to you .profile

export LC_CTYPE=zh_CN.UTF-8

i prefer to use the utf-8 encoding, certainly you can use other encoding, i.e. gb2312,gb18030 etc.
if you have installed scim,then suse will start scim by startup automatically.
