debian中文安装，gnome,kde界面都是中文，怎么还是不能用fcitx?

我安装了Fcitx输入法(版本：3.1.1-xft)之后可就是不能使用,它的输入法选择项全是灰色的,五笔、拼音……都不能用，好郁闷~~

开始在启动输入法时显示：
smile:~# fcitx
Please set XMODIFIERS...

后来在论坛里搜了下，有贴子说要要在自己目录的.bashrc文件里加上
export XMODIFIERS="@im=fcitx"
重起fcitx,没有报错了，但是拼音（无笔，区位）还都是灰色的，不能用，
还有的说他在kde控制中心加上英语，或许可以，
都照做了各一遍后，每次重起都还是不行。
我的locale:
LANG="ZH_CN"
LC_CTYPE="ZH_CN"
.........
LC_IDENTIFICATION="ZH_CN"
LC_ALL=

i have no this file(95im-launch),

就可以了，如果有了它就编辑，没有就新建。

I do the command according to you,
but it seems does not work,
and no error message output in the terminal,
the fcitx's button is grey.

重启了X没有？
安装后：

1. sudo sh -c " echo 'export XMODIFIERS=@im=fcitx ; export GTK_IM_MODULE="fcitx" ; fcitx ' > /etc/X11/Xsession.d/95im-launch "
   
2. sudo chmod +755 /etc/X11/Xsession.d/95im-launch

复制代码

然后重启X，重登陆后就Ctrl+Space 调出输入法。
我一直这样做的了。只是那个文件我跟你的不同名而已。
