miss locale,how can i do

libertine

i want to install g++4.0
but it dependece with GCC
i using apt-get -f install to resolve dependence
but apt remove locale and locale configure package
when i reboot my computer
gnome change to english,but it can show chinese,but i can't input chinese using fcitx
what can i do
how to re-install locale and locale configure package

解决了，解决依赖性问题，安装locales
dpkg-reconfigure locales就可以了
