大型机C++和Linux下的区别

最近在做个项目，把大型机的C++代码转换到Linux下，由于对大型机了解甚少，不知有没有人对这个有了解的，大型机C++和Linux的有什么主要不同？

I think the difference is only the compilation environment regardless of what kind of machine you are using. If you want to migrate the code from machine A to machine B, which have different system archetecture with A,  all the code and the libraries the code is using are needed to recompiled in machine B.
