domain masquerade ???

hi you guys:

here is the case of my network settings.
host name:fc3
doamin name:609.org
so my FQDN is fc3.609.org.

and I instal sendmail as my MTA,
how can i masquerade my email address as xxx@609.org but not xxx@fc3.609.org

can local-host-names do that and how i should do to achive this goal.
