请教phpmyadmin - 我怎么没有权限创建数据库

我以root的身份刚安装了xampp（linux+mysql+apache）一开始我没有执行lampp security 命令来设置密码，在http://localhost主页的phpmyad ... 来我执行了ampp security来设置了一些密码。在phpmyadmin中 就没有权限创建数据库了。第一行现实的是Create new database:
No Privileges。下面是我修改密码的过程：
[root@lhcd-server linuxsoft]# /opt/lampp/lampp security

XAMPP: MySQL has no root passwort set!!!

XAMPP: Write the password somewhere down to make sure you won't forget it!!!
XAMPP: Password:
XAMPP: Password (again):
XAMPP: Setting new MySQL root password.
XAMPP: Setting phpMyAdmin's root password to the new one.
XAMPP: The FTP password is still set to 'lampp'.
XAMPP: Do you want to change the password? [yes] y
XAMPP: Password:
XAMPP: Password (again):
XAMPP: Reload ProFTPD...
XAMPP: Done.

可能是因为phpmyadmin的默认用户是pma，这个用户的权限不够，用什么命令可以增加pma这个用户的权限，使之具有与root同等的权限呢
