Suse9.3下使用proftpd1.2.10的问题！

我的linux是suse9.3，安装了一个proftpd1.2.10，安装到了/usr/local/下，启动的时候我是切换到root权限下，然后进入/usr/local/sbin，执行./profptd，启动是正常的，但是关闭的时候不知道如何关闭。我在/usr/local/sbin下执行./ftpshut他提示：usage: ./ftpshut [ -R ] [ -l min ] [ -d min ] time  [ warning-message ... ]，我是新手，不知道该怎么办，请指教！！
另外就是我在本机上可以访问proftpd服务器，但是跟我一个局域网内的人没法访问（直接就连不上我的机子），是不是我的proftpd.conf错了，请高手帮我看下：
