在ReiserFS 4上安装Slackware 10.2

The goal of this small project is to make installation of Slackware Linux on Reiser4 partitions as seamless
as possible, without modifying original installation disks. Slackware Linux Reiser4 Installer consists of a
kernel with Reiser4 support (reiser4.s) and specially crafted installer image (initrd.img), based on original
Slackware Linux initrd.img but equipped with reiser4progs (mkfs.reiser4, etc) and required libraries. Basically,
Slackware Linux Reiser4 Installer is a modified rootdisk and you should treat it as such. Having this CD, it
is possible to make Reiser4 partition on a clean harddisk and install Slackware Linux over it in the same way
you do with "traditional" filesystems: ext2/3, reiserfs, jfs or xfs. It can be also used as a (very basic)
rescue disk for systems with Reiser4 partitions.

windrose，哪个19M的ISO是网络安装吗！

本来想试试，可是手上没有10.2的cd。看来要过几天再试了

ps：这几天装ubuntu弄的我不爽，也许slack才是真正适合我的linux，呵呵

lien，不是的。你可以去rose给的那个网址看readme。这个cd主要就是格式化成reiser4的格式，具体安装还是要slack的original cd的

突然想到如果用这个cd格式化分区，然后用tar把我原来的slack备份恢复回去，效果会不会一样？

你的内核得支持reiser4才行
得打补丁
