我的freebsd6.0怎么汉化不成功呢？高手能看看吗？

原来都行的，重装系统一次怎么按照原来方法不能汉化呢？
我的步骤是：
1：首先在/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/下新建了个TrueType目录，然后去windows下copy过来了simsun.ttf到此目录。
2：然后在这个目录下ttmkfdir > fonts.dir.
3：修改/etc/X11/xorg.conf配置文件，在Section "Files"下添加： FontPath     "/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/TrueType/"

这样还不够吗？应该可以的呀。请高手赐教！！！

接上：
按此方法改完但是设置字体时没有sumsun sumkai 等我在windows下copy过去的字体可以选择，这时怎么回事？默认好难看呀。
再附我的.cshrc看看是不是我这个的问题？

2、我是用 ttfm.sh 建立fonts.dir 的：

1. 
   
2. # ttfm.sh --add simsun.ttf tahoma.ttf ... (还有字体的话继续加)
   
3. # cp fonts.dir fonts.scale (或者是cp fonts.scale fonts.dir ，具体哪个忘记了，反正都一样)

3、别忘了要运行一下 fc-cache -v -f 刷新字体缓存
