Preliminary Fedora Core 6 Schedule
"DRAFT DRAFT DRAFT"

The following is a preliminary schedule for Fedora Core 6. It can be modified at any time.

Test users should continue to file bug reports against each test release even after we have frozen for the next test release; all feedback is helpful.

Documentation and translation of content depends on this schedule. The documentation schedule is found on the Fedora Documentation release schedule wiki page.

Day Month    Event

7    June       FC6 Test1 Development Freeze

14    June       FC6 Test1 Release

5    July          FC6 Test2 Development Freeze, feature freeze

12    July          FC6 Test2 Release

9    August    FC6 Test3 Development Freeze

16    August       FC6 Test3 Release

                        Continual freeze. Only critical bugs fixed

12  September    Final Devel Freeze. All package builds completed.

20  September    FC6 General Availability

In addition to these releases, the nightly trees will usually be installable.
