LFS-6.2pre3 的 LiveCD 原来有很好的中文支持

从前一直是用来做测试，只知用 SeaMonkey 看中文网页没问题，今天测试 USB 移动硬盘时在 XFCE 的 terminal 上用 export 命令查看变量，无意中发现一句 XMODIFIERS=@im=SCIM，於是立即 export LANG 及 LC_CTYPE 等，设置一下 locale 然後再开个新的 terminal，原来 SCIM 真的能用，而且还带有多种中文输入法，繁体中文有13种之多，简体中文也有6种，而当中的智能拼音又能细分7种，可惜偶不太懂拼音，无太多用武之地。

玩了这麽久，现在才发现。。。晕死！

不过我从来不在LiveCD下用X的。。。

Yes, X.

I remember somebody finished LFS and intended to do BLFS with chroot method.  I questioned him the reasons for chroot but you suggested that using X is good.  Cannot remember the link, well, it doesn't matter.

PS: I am using the LFS LiveCD to surf internet now, despite it has Chinese supports and Chinese input method, I cannot fully manage it, quite embrarressing

I managed to mount the USB HDD with this LiveCD on the T41 in last evening.  I thought I could proceed CLFS right the way with it but unfortunately, it does not work again in this morning, damned!!!:mad:

I begin to have some clues to know when the nasty USB ports will work on the T41, I just need more time to verify.

刚试了一下最新的 6.2-pre4，初步发现如下：

1. 内核升级为 2.6.16.14
2. 已支持从 USB 光驱起动
3. 启动时另有个 linux.ata 的还项来支援 SATA
4. nALFS 的 profile 不见了，由 jhalfs 代之 (jhalfs 我不会用，哪位可以说说用法？)
5. Book 是 SVN-20060502 (Book 稍旧，跟 /lfs-sources 里的包还是有些不配对)
6. 同样有中文支持及内建 scim 输入法

我上次成功加载的 zd1211 驱动这次也能加载，但配置总是不成功，无线网络暂时不能操作，继续研究中。。。
