新的内核无法启动

我启动新的内核时显示;
Enforcing mode requested but no policy loaded . halting now
Kernel panic-not syncing; Atlempted to kill init

这个问题解决了.新的内核正常启动.但是iptable无法运行.
iptables failed. The error was: Applying iptables firewall rules: FATAL: Module ip_tables not found.
iptables-restore v1.3.5: iptables-restore: unable to initializetable 'filter'
