Why I can't input Chinese and display Chinese normal?

Last time,I also used it normal.
today,i start OS,and in FireFox,i can't input Chinese.The input tool display normal,but in address bar.  displayed error.

and in OS of Linux, the Chinese display also not correct!

now ,i can't use chinese to write this problem to our website!!!!

我用的是Fedora Core 5.0
前天还能用的,最近用windows做了点东西,但今天启动的时候,才发现,里面以前装有一些软件不能使用了,像挂载NTFS分区.新建的挂载目录.
还有的是,我的中文输入法能打出汉字,但是到文本或浏览器地址栏时,却变成了乱码...

不会是病毒的原因吧,偶第一次不在虚拟机上用Linux呀
