每次emerge一个软件包后都会出现以下的提示，这是为什么？

* GNU info directory index is up-to-date.
* IMPORTANT: 31 config files in /etc need updating.
* IMPORTANT: 8 config files in /usr/lib/X11/xkb need updating.
* Type emerge --help config to learn how to update config files.
