redhat9升级fc2的问题求助~~~

我在redhat9下升级fc2，redhat9刚刚装完，没有任何动作。下载了fc2的3个iso，全部考到硬盘上，yum里设置好了路径。
# yum -y upgrade rpm kernel

我到/usr/bin下看了一下，有python2.2这个文件啊
# ls -al python*

你既然把FC2的ISO文件都下载回来了，还把redhat 9也重装了，为何不直接安装FC2？

为了测试Redhat能否无缝升级吗？
