icewm problem[已经解决]

i have installed icewm.
then i copy /etc/X11/icwm/*  to my place:~/.icewm (startup,toolbar,preferense,etc...)
i install rox-filer,and add"rox-filer -p=PIN" to  ~/.icewm/startup

then i add "exec icewm-session" to ~/.xinitrc

after these works ,i restart X,type startx to start my icewm,
[color="DarkOrange"]the problem is ,the rox-filer can't work when the icewm start.
but if i type [PHP]rox-filer -p=PIN[/PHP] in gnome-terminal,the rox-filer CAN WORK!!
I  also have tryed add  "rox-filer -p=PIN"  to ~/.xinitrc OR ~/.xseesion,But it can't work either.

不仅如此
我发现我在~/.icewm/下所有的配置文件的修改icewm都不认。
比如我在~/.icewm/startup写rox-filer -p=PIN 还有其他命令（我改了很多，比如字体，时钟显示等等。），重起x后，icewm根本不执行。还是以前老样子。。。
应该如何做才可以使得icewm-session启动时候从~/.icewm/下的配置读取？？？？

所有~/.icewm下的文件安我都chmod 777了

奇怪的是我的prefoverride的配置起作用了，工作区域的名称变为拉“ 风 ", " 华 ", " 雪 ", " 月 "
但是我startup下面的配置一个都没有起作用：rox-filer没有起动，gnome-settings-daemon也没有。（见抓图1）
但是如果我在terminal里面输入rox-filer --pinboard=PIN，rox就能启动，gnome-settings-daemon也能起作用（见图2）

我在terminal里输入命令rox-filer -p=PIN后，rox启动了

[color="Red"]而且我也是从gdm那里启动选择icewm的。

已经解决了原来是~/.icewm/preferense有问题
我把他del了，然后startup就可以起作用了，里面的rox语句也可以运行起来
然后我又自己sudo touch preferense，在里面写了几个配置语句，startup还是可以启动
这说明先前的preferense配置可能有问题，导致了startup启动不了。
另外我现在的字体配置写在了prefoverride里面，preferense似乎可以真的del不用了。
