一个VSFTP的小问题

我做好VSFTP后，用FTP用户进入/var/ftp/,目录下有三个早建好的目录pub,pub1,pub2,三个目录的权限为777，而ftp目录的权限为755，我的本意是想在pub,pub1,pub2任一目录中，能进行rwx, 现在我用匿名ftp登陆，可以建立，但不能删除，请问这是什么原因？
