Dell Inspiron 640m 的14寸宽屏本本设置的问题！

各位老大，我是新人。好不容易硬盘安装完FC6，能进行一般的使用了，但是有个问题一直没有解决，就是我是mobile intel 945的集成显卡，本本是14寸宽屏的，在windows下可调节的分辨率为1440×900，因为是宽屏，所以1440×900看起来比较舒服比较清晰，而我在FC6下面没有办法调整到1440×900，最多只能1024×768，所以看起来屏幕上的图标都被拉伸了，看的不舒服，但又不像显卡驱动没驱起来，因为能正常显示，只不过图标都被稍微拉伸了，不知道有没有办法让我的FC6为1440×900？ 各位老大帮忙了。我已经在Display里面后面那个标签页里设置为：LCD Laptop 1440*900, Intel 915.....这些选项了，但是就是每次打开Display的第一页时候又是1024×768（Display第一页的那个分辨率），后面那个标签页的设置还在，还是LCD Laptop 1440*900,Intel 915...这个问题困扰我好久了，因为我很想用好LINUX但我用的时间长了，眼睛就很疼，真的是没办法了，所以希望大家帮帮我，先谢了！

我看了一下，有 1440x900
我的是 1280x800

各位老大，再帮我分析分析吧，前段时间忙没顾上。还是不行阿，我把我/etc/X11/xorg.conf贴出来吧，帮忙看看，我怎么改都不行，选项里面都有1440*900,但每次选中后，下次打开还是1024*768，保存不住，而且屏幕显示还是和以前没区别，DELL Inspiron640m的14寸宽屏本本，intel945gm的集成显卡，各位麻烦了！
