首先你确定你的磁盘是fat32的吗？再者你确定你的分区名称是正确的吗？一般来说，如果你的分区名称是正确的，在windows下hda5应是D盘，你可以看一下你的D盘是不是fat32的，如果是那可能是你的系统出问题了，但我想你的D盘是不是ntfs的。给你一下命令格式：
mount -t vfat -o iocharset=your codepage /dev/hd** /path/to/your path
