关于库文件的问题

各位大侠好,我刚装上rh9,今天试图装一些软件,碰到了很多问题.去网上搜了一上午也没解决.请哪位帮忙解决一下,谢谢.
  问题如下:
  1 运行eva时提示我缺少某个库,我搜索后装上了,又提示我少另一个库libstdc++.so.6,我又下了它,安装时提示我需要libgcc_s.so.1,这回我找了一下,发现这个库是有的,在/lib目录里.是不是系统的路径设置有问题?我起先装了gaim,运行时提示某个共享库损坏或不能使用.安装小企鹅输入法时make也通不过.提示如下

  2 我安装时kde和gnome都选了,但现在无法进入kde,说是缺少kdeinit,进入faildsafe后提示GB18030 ? 找不到,汉字无法显示.但我还没改过字体呢.
   请哪位大侠帮我解答一下,感激不尽!
