linux sendmail8.12.8 发送邮件失败 stat=Deferred: Connection timed out with

知道这个和hosts resolv.conf 有关，只是现在这台机器没有域名，只有公网IP211.138.32.250，想用这上面的sendmail发送邮件，请问这个需要怎么去配置，看了一些sendmail的文档，都不见效果。
