[求肋]编译了一个新内核有两个问题?

2.6.23的内核。
1.我用的是SATA硬盘旧的内核都是用/dev/sda*这种方式，咋现在是/dev/hda*这种方式了。

2.还有一个是启动到一半的时候显示屏就没信号了！但系统还是能正常启动的，所有服务都能防问！

hdx是ide接口的硬盘~包括光驱也是~

第二个问题是不是因为新内核对intel集成显卡支持不好啊，用vesa的驱动先顶着，反正fb的要求不高，vesa肯定能用~

sata硬盘要在把scsi disk suppor选上.配置内核的sata选项里有一行英文已经说明了

我的电脑上没有IDE硬盘。只有一个SATA的，一个光驱。
启动内核时本来是要用root=/dev/sda3,但现在要改为root=/dev/hda3才行！

1、是不是在BIOS里把SATA设置成PATA模拟方式了？
2、用xdm启动的？那就先停了这个服务看看到底X是用哪个驱动。

问题2解决了！是splash不行，用VGA＝791就行了。

.... 呵呵 , 你跟我机器一样哦，我也是 945G .. intel E2160... 也是今天装 gentoo , 也是 sata 认做了 hd ...

我的情况是 2硬盘， sata / ide 都有，以前没装过sata，不知道 fstab / menu.lst ( 用的ubuntu grub ) 该怎么写 ， 编译内核改grub/fstab 从黑，到能启动用了我 4,5个小时 , 我用vga=791 不行，估计是没选 framebuffer 。。
