移植linux 2.6.14到s3c2410上面出现的问题

请各位帮忙看看
已经在make menuconfig中把ramdisk size配置成8192了.
但是还是有这个错误报出

我的板子是友善之臂 sbc-2410x
nand:64M

kernel是修改过支持nand flash的.
bootloader是uboot 1.4
kernel是从nand flash启动

谢谢各位帮忙看看,这个地方耗了好几天了,实在找不出原因了.google了很几十页也没看到正确答案.

错误原因
1.ramdisk是3.7M,cmdline中是0x300000,只有3M.所以这里有问题
2.uboot里面的bootargs应该和kernel里面的cmdline一致
uboot :console=ttySAC0 initrd=0x30800000,0x800000 root=/dev/ram0 init=/linuxrc
kernel:initrd=0x30800000,0x800000 root=/dev/ram0 init=/linuxrc rw console=ttySAC0,115200

修改以后,kernel启动,文件系统挂载.
