netcfg v2 is a complete rewrite of the netcfg that was previously included within 'initscripts'. netcfg v2 has been moved into a different package 'netcfg'.

netcfg v2 是以前包含在 initscripts 里面的 netcfg 的一个重写版本。 netcfg v2 现在在一个新的叫做 netcfg 的包里。

netcfg v2 is feature compatible, but not configuration compatible. Configurations need to be rewritten for netcfg v2, and examples are included in /etc/network.d/examples.

netcfg v2 具有以前版本的功能，但是配置文件不太兼容。配置需要重新为 netcfg v2 改写一下，可以参考一下 /etc/network.d/examples 。

升级后要用net-profiles来启动了,network无法启动哦

netcfg2怎么用adsl？
一直用rp-pppoe，改成netcfg2配置网络后，rp-pppoe显示拨号成功，实际上不行
用examples里的ppp的配置，并参考wiki里的用pppd拨号的文章，拨号不成功

终于貌似弄好了，用net-profile start

不过rc.conf里面改了很多，觉得差别太大了点

只是我觉得，我网络环境又不复杂，network为什么restart时候失败，启动时候却是好的。对比了以前的和现在的脚本，只是现在去掉了netcfg部分。

我是网通用户，一直用着pppoe，也没有什么问题啊
非得将network替换为net-profiles吗？

看官方BBS的意思是，不用无线的话保持原样也没事，network服务还能用，我昨晚升级后上网也正常。
