Webpages always can not be opened

openSUSE 10.3 and Firefox 3.1 or 2.0, sometimes http://en.opensuse.org also can not be opened, reload the page for many times maybe can open the page. So the system have not been updated yet.

Why? Thanks!

从yast网络设置试试关闭ipv6
