suse11.1 显卡驱动问题

我的显卡是ati9600的，我怎么才知道显卡驱动装好了？
而且开机的时候内存占用都到快900M了。我才1G内存，怎么让内存占用少点？

终端运行一次

su
sax2 -r
应该可以看到那边的开启3d加速变亮了，那就是绝对装好了
有时候就算装了但是那里没变亮的话，可能会经常黑屏

我的是1200，也能有3D加速吗，我试试下，还是灰色的，不知是驱动没装发还是本来这显卡就是没有的。

官方说nv的老显卡直接用一键安装出来的就不支持加速

我猜ati也一样吧

那个可能需要去光方主页去下载非开源的驱动

你要看-/+ buffers 后的，不要看使用的。
Linux会自动buffer一些你启动过的程序的。
