服务器经常卡住，能ping通，但是ssh连接不上，像卡住了一样，错误信息如下

服务器是as4的系统,sata的硬盘
系统经常是突然就卡住了，ping的通，但是ssh连不上，有时隔一下能自动恢复，但有时连ping都不通，需要重启才行，这个问题困扰了我很久，希望大家帮我看看，谢谢先。
