求救，我装好了tomcat4.1.24出问题！！

我是redhat8.0系统
我装tomcat4.1.24装在/opt/tomcat目录下
装好后启动没问题，但打开http://localhost:8080时出错如下：
HTTP Status 500 - No Context configured to process this request

type Status report

message No Context configured to process this request

description The server encountered an internal error (No Context configured to process this request) that prevented it from fulfilling this request.

请那位指点一下！！！
