开发板PCM7230烧好内核后无法载入是怎么回事？

用的事PCM7230开发板。。给板子重新烧内核。。

download kernel和ramdisk.gz   
flash ..

最后boot


但是终端一直显示uncompressing Linux.......（正在打开内核）

后面就没了。问题出在哪？？？
