服务器问题.........

R9，已经建立好服务器，info.php可以正常显示，PHP运行正常，可是当我安装论坛的时候就会出现：
Access forbidden!
You don't have permission to access the requested object. It is either read-protected or not readable by the server.
If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster
Error 403

不知道什么意思，怎么解决呢？

除了测试脚本info.php可以正常显示，其他PHP脚本一运行就这样。
