apache问题!

我在投一天正常安装了apache+mysql+php,也对httpd.conf做了配置,能正常起动,写个php的脚本测试,mozilla可以正常显示结果,但开机重起后,出现这等问题:http://127.0.0.1/ex1-1.php

Not Found
The requested URL /ex1-1.php was not found on this server.
