su -oralce

then,

SQL> startup pfile=/opt/ora9/product/9.2/dbs/initbvst.ora
LRM-00109: could not open parameter file '/opt/ora9/product/9.2/dbs/initbvst.ora'
ORA-01078: failure in processing system parameters

so, what i need to do? help.please
