关于proftp

大家不要骂先啊,该看的贴我都看了,但是还是搞不定啊.
我是宽带,ip是192.168.1.7,我装的是proftpd-1.2.8rc2-1.i386.rpm,proftpd-inetd-1.2.8rc2-1.i386.rpm.proftpd-standalone-1.2.8rc2-1.i386.rpm
和一个图形界面gproftpd-8.0.4-2.i386.rpm
我同学跟我同是宽带同一个hub,但是怎么连都连不上,就像根本没有ftp那样.
我把防火墙级别降到中等还是不行,ps查看已经在运行了,怎么一点反应都没有的?

自己本机也不行啊,telnet 168.68.1.7:21也不行
telnet: 168.68.1.7:21: Name or service not known
168.68.1.7:21: Host name lookup failure
不知道是什么原因

现在自己本机能了,不过要用户名和密码
不是设有Anonymous了么,怎么还要的
不过同一个hub中的其他人还是不行

怎么不能设置匿名权限,是哪里出错了呢
