wApua无法运行，显示段错误

我按照其自带的说明文件安装，依次安装了libwww-perl,perl/Tk 800。
可是在终端中运行，在读取配置文件时显示段错误。
配置文件如下:

请问段错误是指这段配置信息的错误，还是别的地方有错误
