A problem with fcitx

My system use English as the default language. I install the fcitx, and then start it. I can use it this time. But if I logout, then relogin again. The fcitx doesn't work this time. So I reinstall it, the fcitx works well. In order to test it whether to work, I logout. When I login, I fount it still doesn't work. I repeat these operation again  and again. The problem is still there. How can I deal with this problem. Thanks a lot.

I inserted a row, LC_TYPE="zh_CN.GB18030", into the file "/etc/sysconfig/i18n". And created a file named ".i18n" in my home directory, then input a row that the content is LANG="en_US.UTF-8". At last I modified the .bashrc. Insert the following rows:

export XMODIFIERS="@im=fcitx"
export XIM="fcitx"
export XIM_PROGRAM="fcitx"
###########################


The fcitx has already been installed.
