why fcitx can open but can't input ??

my debian can show chinese very good in xfce4 (eg.xmms , firefox,stardict and so on ), and the fcitx had installed and can open,but can't input chinese in web Browse ,lumaQQ and so on....
do i miss install sth ?

And my locale all LC_ is zh_CN.UTF-8 , LANG too.

why ? who can help me ?

may be .bashrc is missing,you can try...

i have the .bashrc ,

but ...

and then i remove the fcitx install scim , when i start the scim ,
the err is belw :

终于搞定了,不过我的locale改为 LANG=zh_CN.GBK ,其它都是 zh_CN.UTF-8,
不过我估计按原来的locale也是可以,太累了,不试了,
我把了  .xinitrc 贴上来
