SCIM 0.2 in Gentoo....

I installed scim 0.2 into gentoo linux successfully, but can't run, after execute "scim", there's no a ScimBar(May I call it "ScimBar" ?) on the desktop. And press Ctrl + Space can't input Chinese neither.
