我的系统是suse9.1,在使用kscd播放cd的时候，曲名是乱码，
使用kde的jukebox播放mp3时，文件名有些也是乱码，但使用
xmms就可以。
为什么？
我的系统是使用英文界面，.bashrc设置如下：
export LC_CTYPE="zh_CN.gb18030"
export XMODIFIERS="@im=fcitx"
export XIM=fcitx
export XIM_PROGRAM=fcitx
可以输入汉字，konqueror也可以看中文网页。
在fstab中的cdrom也加上了iocharset=cp936。

maybe its a encoding problem(zh_CN.gbk<->zh_CN.gb18030)
the database on the internet may use .gbk
try install 'grip'(you can do it with 'yast2')
and set id3tag,CD database and misc
all fonts set to gbk
then delete the detabase in ~/.cddb

use kate to open new cddatabase with encode with gbk
then save as a gb18030 encoding form with the same name
copy to subdirectory in ~/.cddb
it's a stupid method but works
maybe someone should write a bashscript to make it easier
