什么乱码呀，，， jsp，，，，(配置文件怎么用gb2312了。。。还是utf-8比较好。。。)

那就奇怪，公司win下文件也是gb2312,,,不管怎样，就是没有乱码。。。

要弄清楚几个东西...
jsp,java文件本身的编码...机器的locale....

全部用utf-8什么事都没有。。。
