buggy fcitx302 or my fault? help, plz

i installed scim first ,then i decided to use fcitx3.0.2 ( i prefer it) , so i download the source package , and follow the instrutions
to configure,make ,make install. then , i config it as follow:

            cd /usr/bin
             ln -sf fcitx chinput

add 3 lines into ~/.bashrc
        export XMODIFIERS="@im=fcitx"
        export XIM=fcitx
          export XIM_PROGRAM=fcitx
  
Restart X, i cannot see the input bar of fcitx.
So i run fcitx in the console, it appears!
But the problem is , I cannot call out the input method (use ctrl+space, no response), the input methods like "pin yin" "wu bi"
marked as fake ( if it works, it should be RED figures ,right?).
WHY cannot i activate the input method? help plz.

shall i uninstall scim first ( i installed it from souce pkg)?
but how to ? i am a newbie, sorry.
