qemu安装win98无法格式化

制作硬盘镜像：
dd of=hd.img bs=1024 seek=1000000 count=0
启动到win98安装界面：
qemu hd.img -cdrom /dev/cdrom -boot d -m 256
然后
A:>format a:
就出现写保护错误
write protect error

安装linux，运行：
cfdisk
也出现类似错误：
No partition table or unknown signature on partition table
Do you wish to start with a zero table [y/N]

这个也是正常的啊，因为你的硬盘是新的，自然没有分区表了。
