sendmail给新浪发信的问题

我把sendmail服务器放到isa2004的dmz里了，不过还是用172.16.0的内网ip做的
下面是我发信的信头

最后的(localhost [127.0.0.1]) 是怎么回事啊？
现在给新郎的免费邮箱发信，还是被拒收
