安装via声卡驱动问题？

安装via的说明书安装过程最后提示 符号连接 问题，和用 insmod 插入模块是一样的，请问如何解决？

Pay attention to following conditions:
   a) You must have full configured source for the Linux kernel which you will
      install audio driver on. It is neccessary to resolve all symbol dependences
      between the kernel and audio driver.
   b) You must compile kernel with sound support.
   c) You are able to log on as root.
