The mechanism in scim-qtimm is not enough. Some events maybe duplicated or lost.

See this demo workflow:

...
prepare_transaction
  insert event A
  prepare_transaction (nested, ignored)
insert event B
  send_transaction (A & B)
  insert event C
send_transaction (A & B & C)

So A & B were duplicated.
