Help! I can't start KDE!

I've pacmaned the KDE just now, and I have xfce before. But the KDE seems doesn't work, it always shows "cannot connect to X server." What can I do to start KDE? Please help me!

BTW: I also don't know how to init a chinese input method, I download the scim and run  it, but I still don't know where it is and how to use it.

先pacman -Sy gdm来顶着先吧，这个属于经典问题了。奇怪的是我把gdm删除后在console下就可以命令启动并且无错误，也够怪的

I just use startkde

tx-cary

在~/.xinitrc中加入exec startkde，然后运行startx。

startkde脚本是在X server已经启动的情况下才能运行的。
