proftpd:421 Service not available,remote server has closed connection 怎么回事

FTP服务器连开11天后冲起，然后发现21号端口不能连接了，登陆错误如下：
ftp ftp.trip315.com
connected to ftp.trip315.com.
421 Service not available,remote server has closed connection

请问是怎么回事？能搜出好多文章，但是就是没找到解决问题的答案。我用的proftpd，没人动过配置文件的啊，2121是virtualhost的端口，却能访问，
