xterm可以显示中文，但还有个问题！

今天发现在xterm中按住Ctrl+右建选“Large”的时候可以正常显示中文
但每次都要重复这样的工作很麻烦，不知有什么样办法可以保存设置
下次打开的时候不用再重新设置？
