first , thanks for your suggestions very much !
1.because the font is defined in the preference.xml .so if I always use the gnome fonts as default, then the font preference in preference.xml means nothing. and you can change the font of preference.xml to the gnome font.
2,4.I am sorry. I actually don't consider this.
because what I focus now is it's stability .It will be fixed in the next version.
and you can define the default local folder in the general pane of the preferene. I think it's enough already.
3.normally it will support the default shortcut such as "ctrl+v".
additionally, I agree lonecat's word: write it only for fun !

Firstly, thank you for your input and your effort to provide a good software.
I know your words, I have tried to modify file in your source tarball or a file under my system (since I have installed your coralftp once, BTW, don't know how to uninstall other than manually) , but no luck.
And even correctly change the path to /etc or /opt/gnome/etc, neither works. Is there a way to give away schemas which really makes life harder?

Your new version works like a dream, congratulations. However there are some places to improve its usability I believe.
1, the 'font' option in 'preference': why not simply keep consistency with Gnome? I mean to take Gnome font as default.
2, qftp doesn't seem to remember its windows size after restarted.
3, can't use "ctrl+v" or so on shortcuts in your application.
4, doesn't remember the last time local folder.
